Workflows are where AiOS becomes useful in daily operations. AI should not sit off to the side as a novelty tool. It should support the way work already moves through the business: intake, email, documents, approvals, follow-ups, reporting, project handoffs, client updates, and internal knowledge requests. We map the workflow first, then decide where AI belongs. That includes what triggers the process, what information is needed, who reviews the output, what systems are touched, and what should never be automated. This is how AI becomes a supportable business process instead of a pile of disconnected experiments.
